More about the Future of Work Report
Accordant’s inaugural research report ‘Shaping the Future of Non-Permanent Work in Aotearoa New Zealand’ delves into a highly relevant topic: the important role of temporary workers in supporting organisations on their future of work journey.
In designing our approach to this research, and drawing on insights from over 750 temporary employees, we wanted to understand:
- How can organisations utilise their non-permanent workforce more strategically to grow productivity and support wellbeing?
- How can the broad range of skills and experiences held by those not seeking or not able to engage in permanent work be better accessed by organisations in the public sector?
- What do non-permanent workers need to improve their experience in the workplace?
We hope this report provides valuable insights and enables you to gain a deeper understanding of the role that temporary assignments and workers can play in Aotearoa New Zealand’s future of work journey.
