Notification of Closing Date for Director Nominations

• AWF Madison Group Limited’s Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Wednesday, 22 July 2015 at 11 am (NZ time) at the Pullman Hotel, corner Waterloo Quadrant and Princes Street, Auckland.
