The Work Collective is an employment initiative that delivers social impact by connecting Employers, Employment Support
organisations and Accordant, New Zealand’s largest recruitmentand resourcing Group. The purpose of The Work Collective is to provide meaningful work opportunities for those who face barriers to employment. Launched in mid2019, The Work Collective offers organisations a way to deliver social impact through their staffing supply chain. Having completed an initial
pilot programme, the initiative is working towards gaining full certification as a Social Enterprise.
